The SSB Powersport Lithium range (LiFePO4) are extremely lightweight battery designed for starting applications. They are completely dry batteries, making them spill-proof, and leak-proof.

A normal lead acid motorbike battery is designed to last for 200 – 300 cycles, whereas SSB Powersport Lithium batteries are designed to last for over 2,000 cycles–that’s over 10 years design life. In addition, they can sit unused for over a year without losing charge. Should the need arise, the SSB Powersport Lithium range can also be quick-charged without damaging the battery.

Unlike most lithium batteries, SSB PowerSport Lithium Batteries feature prismatic cells, which makes them safe to use. These prismatic cells allow the batteries to boast higher CCA (cold cranking amps), better cyclic properties and longer life. Since other brands generally use cylindrical cells, owing to their lower manufacturing costs, their batteries are inferior and are not designed for starting vehicles.

All of our products are supplied directly from our Sydney warehouse.

All orders will be processed and sent the same day Monday to Friday if ordered before 12.00pm, otherwise they will be sent the following day. Orders placed on the weekend will be sent the following Monday.

We ship locally with Australia Post, most items will be sent express post with tracking and signature on delivery for a $20.00 flat fee.

International shipping will be sent with DHL Express which is usually 5-7 days door to door with tracking and signature on delivery.

International customers please contact us first before checkout for postage costs for small items as the postage fees listed are incorrect.

Unfortunately with the current fluctuating fuel costs and the war in Europe the stated International shipping fees can vary depending on the item purchased and your location at the time of placing the order. We may contact you if there is a significant increase in the cost of shipping the item to you. You can then cancel the order if you wish or pay the additional cost. We will also send you a refund if the shipping cost is less than you have paid.

International buyers please note if you are required to pay import or customs duties they will be collected by DHL directly, we do not collect those charges.
