Refund policy

We will accept returns up to 30-days from purchase.

If it is simply a change of mind or incorrectly ordered parts, the purchaser must pay the return shipping.

If an item is received damaged or faulty then Circa Motorcycle Parts will cover the return shipping cost.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging with the exception of damaged or faulty parts.

If a part has been fitted it cannot be returned.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

Exchanges
If the wrong size is ordered we will happily exchange if we have the correct size available, return shipping is to be paid by the purchaser.

Refunds
We will process the refund back to the original purchase, please note that it may take several days for your bank to process the refund.
