Our pipe guard bash plates are made from 4mm alloy and are able to be put through an extreme amount of punishment and Force.

We have designed the bash plate to join the pipe guard to achieve the strength.

The extra force and leverage the unit takes in a hit means that we have to mount the unit better than we do on a standard bash plate with single bolt removal.

On our pipe guards you will see the front mount and a rear stiffener which are both necessary to prevent twisting, crushing or vibration when in use.

While the design varies from one bike to another, they all feature quality stainless steel or billet alloy brackets.

We had always found the traditional design of bash plates very frustrating when it came to maintenance.

They were always difficult to remove for cleaning so the bike was always carrying an extra kilo or two of mud.

When it came to oil changes there was always the concern of picking up dirt while feeding the sump plug up through the hole in the bash plate.

Our solution was to develop mounting hardware so that the bash plate could be removed with a single bolt.

All of our products are supplied directly from our Sydney warehouse.

All orders will be processed and sent the same day Monday to Friday if ordered before 12.00pm, otherwise they will be sent the following day. Orders placed on the weekend will be sent the following Monday.

We ship locally with Australia Post, most items will be sent express post with tracking and signature on delivery.
International shipping will be sent with DHL Express which is usually 5-7 days door to door with tracking and signature on delivery.
