The Merlin Mahala trousers are inspired by a new breed of do-it-all motorcycles. Now it's possible to own one set of gear that does everything you need it to.
Designed to perfectly partner with the Mahala jacket to create a versatile suit, the matching trousers are made from abrasion-resistant Cordura® and receive the same DWR water-repellent treatment.
Mahala is backed by a Reissa® Active waterproof membrane and 125g thermal liner, which can be removed if the temperature rises.
Protection in the Mahala jeans is bolstered by Level 1 CE-approved D3O® armour to the hips and knees.
With versatility and rider comfort at its core, Mahala ensures you can head on or off the beaten track no matter what the weather throws at you.

All of our products are supplied directly from our Sydney warehouse.
All orders will be processed and sent the same day Monday to Friday if ordered before 12.00pm, otherwise they will be sent the following day. Orders placed on the weekend will be sent the following Monday.
We ship locally with Australia Post, most items will be sent express post with tracking and signature on delivery.
International shipping will be sent with DHL Express which is usually 5-7 days door to door with tracking and signature on delivery.
Please contact us first before checkout for postage costs for small items as the postage fees listed are incorrect.
Unfortunately with the current fluctuating fuel costs and the war in Europe the stated International shipping fees can vary depending on the item purchased and your location at the time of placing the order. We may contact you if there is a significant increase in the cost of shipping the item to you. You can then cancel the order if you wish or pay the additional cost. We will also send you a refund if the shipping cost is less than you have paid.
International buyers please note if you are required to pay import or customs duties they will be collected by DHL directly, we do not collect those charges.
