The results are amazing with a massive weight loss of 7.1 lbs. the KLR not only has more useable power it handles much better with the removal of all the weight out back.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSpeaking of performance the new KLR enjoys some big performance with our RS-2. While doing our off-road development, we were able to make massive gains in the middle of the power where the big cylinder engine spends most of its time making the KLR more fun and predictable. Our R\u0026amp;D team was able to gain power across the entire spectrum, boosting the peak horsepower by 7.1% while the peak torque was upped by 5.9%!
